Terms & Conditions

Payments must be made strictly in accordance to terms acquired between World Wide Foods and the buyer. Payments made after the acquired terms will be subject to the ruling rank interest at that time.

Any discrepancy, damages, short deliveries must be specified immediately or within 48 hours in writing. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

No goods shall be returned without prior arrangements with the Representative.

All delivery dates are given in good faith and the seller will not be liable for any delay in delivery

Orders are only accepted subject to satisfactory credit references and the seller reserves the right to terminate the contract where such references are unsatisfactory

A €75 transport charge will be applied for refusing a delivery due to non-payment if agreed prior to delivery

In the event of any cheque being returned unpaid, the seller will charge €50 every time a cheque is returned unpaid

Legal Title to the goods shall remain with World Wide Foods until such time as World Wide Foods has received payment of the purchase price of the goods and the purchase price of any other goods or services previously or subsequently supplied by World Wide Foods to the customer whereupon such title shall pass to the customer. The customer gives World Wide Foods license to enter his premise in order to remove goods the subject of that retention of title clause.
